Google User Experience (UX) is made up of multi-disciplinary teams of UX Designers, Researchers, Writers, Content Strategists, Program Managers, and Engineers. The UX team collaborates with engineering and product management to create industry-leading products that deliver value for users and Google’s businesses.
As an Interaction Designer, you’ll rely on user-centered design methods to craft industry-leading user experiences—from concept to execution. You’ll collaborate with design partners to leverage and evolve the Google design language to build beautiful, innovative, inspired products that people love to use.
We’re transforming YouTube with new video creation experiences and tools, including YouTube’s web-based Effect Maker, designed for creators who want to dream it, design it, and drop it straight onto YouTube.

Compensation
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $129,000-$185,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay within the range is determined by location and factors such as skills, experience, and education. Please note that compensation details listed reflect base salary only and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
