License : Pending License accepted at manager's discretion

Must-Have : Adult Home Health experience required

Job Description :

• Participate in patient care as a Home Health Registered Nurse.
• First-time applicants are accepted.
• Required to work every 6th weekend.
• May participate in overnight and weekend call as needed.
• No requirement to float within the facility to meet needs or float between like units.
• Open to block scheduling at the manager's discretion.
• Local candidates are not accepted if within a 70-mile radius.
• Required to be clean-shaven for FIT testing.
• Complete OSHA Respirator Clearance prior to start.
• Involved in holiday and weekend rotation as required.
• Navy blue scrubs are mandatory.
• Utilize EPIC and Oasis for charting.
• Complete pre-start modules; duration varies.
• Participate in orientation; 12 hours non-billable.
• Compliance with COVID-19 and flu vaccine requirements; medical or religious exemptions considered for COVID-19 vaccine.
