Overview

The Program Coordinator position at Pali Retreat is a key leadership role dedicated to delivering engaging, safe, and high-quality programs at our premier outdoor education and conference center. This position blends hands-on facilitation, team mentorship, and logistical coordination to ensure activity areas are prepared, staff are supported, and guests enjoy exceptional experiences. As a bridge between program leadership and frontline staff, the Program Coordinator sets the tone for professionalism, energy, and creativity, mentoring Activity Specialists, maintaining program consistency, upholding safety standards, and fostering a positive team culture reflective of Pali Mountain's values.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Operations

Support daily program execution, including equipment setup / breakdown, site preparation, and time management.

Identify inefficiencies in daily logistics and recommend solutions to streamline systems, communication, or scheduling.

Serve as a mentor and resource for Activity Specialists, guiding them on activity delivery, safety, and guest interaction.
