Job descriptionProject Planning : Develop detailed plans, budgets, and schedules for electrical projects. Coordination : Liaise with clients, engineers, and electrical subcontractors to define project scope and objectives. Budget & Cost Management : Track project costs, and manage change orders. Resource Management : Allocate and manage resources, including staff and materials, to ensure efficient project execution. Quality & Compliance : Ensure projects meet industry standards, safety regulations (like NEC codes), and quality requirements. Risk Management : Identify potential project risks and implement strategies to minimize them. Reporting : Prepare regular progress reports for senior management. Problem Solving : Address and resolve challenges, issues, and delays that arise during the project lifecycle. Site Operations : Coordinate and direct electrical subcontractors and support personnel during construction. Key Skills & Qualities Technical Expertise : A solid understanding of electrical systems, codes, and construction processes. Leadership : Ability to lead and motivate project teams to achieve goals. Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and team members. Organization : Excellent planning and organizational skills to manage complex projects. Problem-Solving : The ability to troubleshoot and find effective solutions to project challenges. Financial Acumen : Financial awareness to manage project budgets and ensure profitability.
