Full -Time Hospice Travel Registered Nurse, RN - NJ Territory

This role typically follows a  Monday–Friday schedule , with occasional on-call responsibilities.  Travel is required and includes covering throughout New Jersey.

A company fleet car is provided for eligible employees.

• Hospice Case Management Experience Preferred
• Home Care Home Base EMR Experience Required

We’re looking for a Hospice RN – Regional Support to join our team. In this dynamic role, you’ll provide direct care to patients and support to families, while also serving as a floating clinician—temporarily assigned to different hospice branches based on census needs or staffing gaps. Compensation may vary within the salary range provided based on several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s location, experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications and department equity.  Gentiva provides associates with a comprehensive benefits and total rewards package, of which base pay is just one piece.

Salary Range : $86,000 - $107,000
