Must haves :

• A PCA or CNA certification
• Current TB or chest x-ray stating no active disease
• CPR / First Aid certification
• Be willing to undergo a comprehensive criminal background check (a conviction does not automatically disqualify you)
• Clean drug screen
• Good references
