Job descriptionFreight is 100 percent no-touch refrigerated freight, about 60 percent drop and hook. Drivers are home every other week for 34–48 hours. You’ll run throughout CA, NV, AZ, OR, WA, UT, ID, and NM. Assigned late-model automatic trucks — Freightliner, Kenworth, and International — are equipped with APUs, and can be taken home during time off. Pet and rider policies apply after training completion. Medical, dental, and vision insurance start after 30 days. 401(k) with company match, paid vacation, detention and layover pay, and weekly direct deposit are all part of your package. You’ll also have access to 24 / 7 dispatch and support whenever you need it. Valid Class A CDL and at least 21 years of age. Minimum of 120 hours from an accredited CDL school. Must pass DOT physical and hair plus urine drug screening. No SAP participation, DUI, or DWI within the past five years. Consistent employment history with no major gaps.

Pay & Training
- You’ll receive a guaranteed weekly salary during your 4–6 week mentor program.
- Once solo, most drivers earn $1,300 to $1,500 weekly,
- Top performers reaching $1,700 or more with performance bonuses.
- Safety and reliability incentives are available every month, and orientation is paid.
