Assistant Director Parent and Family Fundraising
Reporting to the Executive Director, Parent & Family Giving, the Assistant Director is an integral member of the Parents Program team, primarily responsible for several key areas of development activity including leadership annual giving, prospect management, stewardship, and special projects as assigned by the Executive Director. The Assistant Director manages a portfolio of non-alumni (pure) parent and family prospects and donors nationally with emphasis on individuals with the ability to give $10,000+ annually. The Assistant Director works closely with the Executive Director and peers in the Parent & Family Giving office to implement priorities and devise fundraising strategies, communications, and events. The Assistant Director cultivates donors for annual and major gifts, and leadership roles on the Penn Parents Council.

Salary offers are made based on the candidates qualifications, experience, skills, and education as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, and in alignment with salary ranges based on external market data for the jobs level.
