Attraction operators are trained on multiple attractions and may be assigned different attractions during their shift. Key responsibilities for this job are all about running the attraction safely, focusing on explaining the rules and enforcing safety standards to bring the best customer service and fun to all guests.

We are looking for someone who embodies the joyful, welcoming, and fun presence that is Malibu Jacks, while maintaining our high standard of cleanliness and customer service. The Front Desk Attendant role also handles money transactions and works at our ticket redemption counter assisting guests with prizes and helping with organizing stock. This position is suited for someone who is people oriented and who ensures every guest visit begins and ends with a friendly smile.
