Key Responsibilities
Enhances client relationships by providing technical support and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
Acts as a point of technical escalation and manages client cases, including incident resolution and service requests
Collaborates with internal teams to meet client needs and develops training materials for effective platform use
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a business-related field
Experience with JavaScript, XML, and SQL preferred
8+ years of experience in a client-facing professional services position
Strong interpersonal skills required
