Revenue Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Revenue Operations Manager to help drive efficiency, visibility, and alignment across our go-to-market teams. This individual will play a key role in managing our sales and marketing systems, optimizing revenue processes, and delivering actionable insights that inform decision-making across the organization.
Responsibilities :
- Own and maintain the company's CRM and related revenue systems, ensuring consistent and effective usage across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
- Develop and manage reporting and analytics to support pipeline forecasting, campaign performance, and GTM KPIs
- Drive data integrity and governance efforts to ensure clean, reliable, and actionable data
- Identify and implement process improvements across the customer lifecycle to improve efficiency and conversion rates
- Support go-to-market teams with lead routing, territory planning, sales enablement, and campaign execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align on priorities, define business requirements, and deliver system enhancements
- Evaluate, implement, and integrate tools across the revenue tech stack to support growth at scale
- Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support for internal users of revenue systems
