As a Restaurant General Manager, you lead a multi-million dollar business with total operational and financial responsibility for your Taco Bell unit. Provide Overall Leadership and Management : Lead your team to achieve operational excellence while embodying our brand values.

Train and Motivate Employees : Develop your team to ensure they deliver the best service and uphold Taco Bell standards.

Ensure Operational Excellence : Maintain a high-quality guest experience that keeps customers coming back.

Respond to Guest Needs and Complaints : Address customer feedback swiftly and positively to maintain a loyal customer base.
