With a rapidly growing footprint in the Western Boston Metro area, this company partners with general contractors (GCs) to execute projects ranging from several hundred thousand to multi-million-dollar commercial installations.

Position Summary : The Business Development Manager will spearhead efforts to build and expand relationships with GCs and other stakeholders in the Western Boston Metro area. This role requires a proactive sales professional skilled in identifying opportunities, closing deals, and contributing to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Client Acquisition & Relationship Management :

Develop and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, developers, and property managers to secure landscape construction projects.

Drive revenue growth by selling large-scale commercial landscape installations ranging from $500K to $5M+.

Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects in the area.

Work closely with estimating, operations, and project management teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
