Radiology Opening in Northeast Texas - Located in Longview, TX; Dallas 120m- Full Time; Permanent- Mixed Private Practice- 18 Month Partnership Track- Partner compensation $650k - Body Imager, Neuro and Interventional Radiology Fellowships encouraged to apply- No overnights with 1 evening call / week until 11pm from home- Practice performs a bit of everything : Light IR, Mammo, Neuro, MSK and Breast- New graduates are encouraged to applyAbout Longview : - Longview was founded in the early 1870's when Southern Pacific Railroad extended its track from Marshall westward into Gregg County- The railroad laid out a new town on land purchased from Ossamus Hitch Methvin Sr. Management for the railroad called the new settlement Longview, reportedly because of the impressive view from Mr. Methvin's house- Longview's growth has continued since incorporation in 1870's and has a population of 80,455 as of the 2010 Census- Longview has a beautiful and historic downtown area and is one of the most livable towns in Texas.
