Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Engineer to lead and manage structural engineering projects across various sectors, including industrial, commercial, and aviation construction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design and analysis using advanced software tools, along with a passion for delivering innovative and sustainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead structural design and analysis for projects including data centers, distribution centers, and aviation facilities.
• Utilize RISA 3D and STAAD software for modeling and analysis of complex structural systems.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to assess construction progress and compliance with design specifications.
• Prepare and review engineering calculations, reports, and documentation for submission to clients and regulatory agencies.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and technical staff in best practices and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on industrial and commercial projects.
• Proficiency in structural analysis software such as RISA 3D and STAAD.
• Experience in data center, aviation construction, and manufacturing renovation projects is preferred.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
