Remote : Dallas, Texas, US

Salary Range : 70.00 - 75.00 | Per Hour

    • Must Have :

  • Previous experience working as a ServiceNow Solutions Architect within these areas : ITSM - virtual agent, & Chat Surveys, AI Search enhancements.
  • Previous consulting experience in a mature ServiceNow environment- thought leader that takes a consultative approach with end-client, working with multiple projects / customers at a time.
  • Experience designing, developing, and implementing custom ServiceNow applications
  • 9 / 10 platform experience
  • Guiding clients in sticky engagements
  • Ability to be hands-on with keyboards if needed
  • Previous experience & confidence working directly with the customer, gathering requirements, writing user stories, hands-on development, and driving technical solutions.
  • Pay Range- $70-$75 / hr.
