Job descriptionRPA Development – Strong expertise in UiPath and automation development. Technical SME – Acting as a subject matter expert for RPA tools and solutions. Bot Lifecycle Management – Development, certification, and production deployment. Product Support – Providing guidance, troubleshooting, and user support. Intelligent Automation – Exposure to ML, Python, OCR / ICR integrations. Function as the RPA technical SME across all projects (50%). Design, develop, and test RPA bots using UiPath (20%). Support deployment and certification of RPA solutions into production (10%). Proactively identify and resolve UiPath-related technical issues (10%). Provide accurate and timely product support to stakeholders and users (10%). UiPath Certification Minimum 4 years of hands-on RPA development experience Experience in bot lifecycle management and automation deployment Proficiency in ML with Python and integration with OCR / ICR tools Prior experience in a transit / public sector environment Strong communication and troubleshooting skills Ability to support both technical teams and end users Updated Résumé Government-issued ID (Driver’s License or Passport) Three professional references (Names, official emails, phone numbers)
Location : Cleveland, OH 44113 (Onsite with possible hybrid – 2 days WFH)

The ideal candidate will serve as the technical SME for RPA efforts, using UiPath and other automation tools to deliver scalable solutions across departments.
