About Us :

Grandpa Joe's Candy Shop was born in Pittsburgh, PA, in 2012. We've grown from a single store to 20 locations (and counting!) across Pennsylvania, Ohio, Florida, West Virginia, and Minnesota. Including our brand new Mansfield OH location. We also offer national distribution of candy and soda to over 15,000 independent retailers.

This role is tailor-made for seasoned managers who have thrived in larger retail environments but are now seeking greater autonomy in shaping day-to-day operations. As a Store Manager at Grandpa Joe's, you'll lead the charge of curating unforgettable experiences for our guests. What You'll Get :

Here's What We're Looking For :

As Store Manager, you'll wear many hats, managing various aspects of our store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash management, team scheduling, training and coaching, inventory control, shift coverage, merchandising, stocking, and ensuring exceptional customer service. You'll set the standard by leading from the front, driving sales, and cultivating a culture of excellence.
