KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Specialist, Workday Talent and Performance to join our Managed Services practice.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the analysis, design, configuration, and delivery of Workday solutions while executing day-to-day activities across managed services engagements including system enhancements, break / fix support, release management, new feature deployments, process improvements, and strategic road mapping, all supported by thorough documentation of configuration decisions and solution design
• Lead post-production optimization efforts, including new feature enablement and process improvement initiatives
• Conduct configuration analysis and design sessions, implementing scalable and sustainable Workday solution
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore team members to troubleshoot complex Workday issues and provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants to support their development and ensure quality delivery
• Configure and support Workday HCM modules with a focus on Talent Management, Performance Reviews, and Succession Planning, including business processes such as goal setting, talent reviews, feedback cycles, and career development planning, ensuring alignment with client-specific workflows and organizational strategies
• Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

California Salary Range : $91000 - $177400
