Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Manage day-to-day maintenance operations for melting, holding, and casting furnace systems.
- Develop and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
- Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate contractors.
- Ensure safety compliance with OSHA, NFPA, and local environmental standards.
- Support projects by installing and commissioning new systems, sensors, and automation upgrades.
- Oversee equipment upgrades, retrofits, and capital projects.
- Track and improve reliability KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, downtime, energy use).

The Successful Applicant
Ideal Candidate :
5-10 years of industrial maintenance experience in metals, foundry, or heavy manufacturing.2+ years in a maintenance leadership or supervisory role.Background in furnace systems (ferrous or non-ferrous) strongly preferred.Proficiency with CMMS (SAP, Maximo, or similar).Strong knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, and environmental compliance standards.Flexible and collaborative mindset to support technology-driven operations.What's On Offer
