Wholesale Shipping & Receiving Associate

The Wholesale Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Clerk at Murphy's Naturals will support the accurate and efficient movement of finished goods and materials within our wholesale warehouse operations. This role is responsible for receiving inbound shipments, preparing outbound wholesale orders, and maintaining inventory accuracy while helping to build and maintain a safe, organized, and quality-focused warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely receive, inspect, and unload inbound shipments to ensure accuracy and product integrity.
• Prepare, pick, pack, and ship wholesale orders in accordance with customer and carrier requirements.
• Verify quantities, lot codes, and documentation for inbound and outbound shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through proper labeling, counting, and system updates.
• Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, carts, etc.) in compliance with safety standards.
• Identify, sort, and organize products and materials by name, SKU, and/or description.
• Resolve shipment discrepancies, damaged goods, and inventory issues in coordination with supervisors.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse and dock area.
• Adhere to all warehouse safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Creating Bill of Lading (BOL) paperwork and communicating with carriers upon arrival for pickup.
• Other job duties as assigned by Management.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience working within a warehouse/manufacturing environment
• Experience with Warehouse management systems (NetSuite, AS400, RF Smart, SAP) a plus.
• Forklift operational experience, sit down and standup, a plus.

Additional Details

Hours: Full-Time (40 hrs./week), Monday through Friday, Occasional weekend support and overtime as needed (dependent upon business needs) Work Hours: 7:30 am - 4 pm Work Location: Dock 1053, 1053 E.
