Novant Health is seeking a day shift Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)!

Schedule : 7 : 00am-7 : 00pm, Day Shift, PRN

Department : Stroke & Neuro Med / Surg

Location : Forsyth Medical Center - Winston Salem, NC

Join our dynamic nursing team now as a Certified Nursing Assistant I in our neuroscience unit at FMC. The NHFMC Neurosciences Unit is a 43-bed acute inpatient unit dedicated to the care of patients with stroke and other neurological and neurosurgical disorders, with 33 medical telemetry beds, 6 medical surgical beds, and 4 intermediate level epilepsy monitoring beds. What We're Looking For

Education : High School Diploma or GED, required.

Experience : One year preferred.

Licensure / Certification :

Completion of NAI program, required.

Listed with the nurse aide registry as an NA I, required.

Medication Safety - AME, required.

NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required.

Additional Skills (preferred) : Basic computer skills for documentation.
