About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Integrated Marketing to spearhead the evolution of its marketing function across two flagship D2C brands. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performing team and driving customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value through cohesive, data-informed marketing strategies. This role involves building and leading the annual integrated marketing roadmap, owning the customer insight strategy, and launching high-impact campaigns and go-to-market strategies. The VP will also oversee PR and media efforts, social media and content strategies, and manage the in-house creative team to ensure a strong and consistent brand voice.

Applicants for the VP of Integrated Marketing position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in integrated marketing, with a focus on digitally native, consumer-focused brands. The role requires a leader with deep expertise in insight-led marketing, a proven track record in driving brand engagement, and a strong understanding of cultural marketing. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, and be commercially driven with experience in managing budgets, KPIs, and performance metrics. Responsibilities also include partnering with external brands on co-branded campaigns, tracking brand health, and reporting on marketing performance to senior leadership.
