As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and tenants, providing a welcoming presence while supporting security-related protocols. Your responsibilities include monitoring access, assisting with badge control, responding to alarms, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will help to deter incidents through your professional demeanor and attention to detail. What You’ll Do :

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
