The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, fluency in both English and Spanish, and a passion for connecting top talent with meaningful opportunities. Prior call center experience and a good track record of successful work history are essential for success in this role./ppTo be considered for this role, you must complete a full application on our company careers page, including all screening questions and a brief pre-employment test./ph2POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES/h2pstrongKey Responsibilities:/strong/pulliSource, screen, and interview candidates for various roles, with a focus on Spanish-speaking talent./liliManage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer acceptance./liliConduct interviews in both English and Spanish, ensuring cultural fit and role alignment./liliCollaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies./liliMaintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs./liliUtilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other tools to manage and track candidate activity./liliRepresent the company at job fairs and recruitment events (virtual and in-person)./liliEnsure compliance with company policies and employment laws throughout the hiring process./liliProvide a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professionalism./li/ulh2CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS/h2pstrongWONDER IF YOU ARE A GOOD FIT FOR THIS POSITION? /strong/ppAll positive, and driven applicants are encouraged to apply. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset.
