We’re seeking an experienced IT Administrator to lead our information technology operations and help shape the company’s digital future. About the Role
As our IT Administrator, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that all technology systems run smoothly, securely, and efficiently. You’ll work closely with management and staff to align IT strategies with business goals, oversee infrastructure and cloud systems, and provide daily technical support across departments.
This position offers the opportunity to make a real impact by identifying improvements, leading system updates, and driving innovation in our technology processes.
What You’ll Do
Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud-based systems (Azure, AWS).
Oversee system installations, configurations, updates, and backups.
Provide end-user support and training to improve system efficiency and adoption.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking.
Monitor system performance and ensure security compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Support ERP systems, handheld devices, and related integrations.
Lead or assist with IT projects, vendor coordination, and technology implementations.
Ensure data integrity, disaster recovery readiness, and overall network reliability.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and recommend innovative IT solutions.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
5–8 years of experience in IT administration or technical support.
Hands-on experience with cloud environments (Microsoft Azure, AWS).
Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS systems, Microsoft Exchange, SQL, and Active Directory.
Experience with VMware, firewalls, and network connectivity troubleshooting.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
