Job Title : RN - Diagnostic Cardiology

Experience : Minimum of 2 years with cardiac experience

License : RN

Certifications : BLS; ACLS; PALS (preferred)

Must-Have : 2 years of cardiac experience; skills in EKG interpretation, stress testing, TEEs, IV management, cardioversion, and mild sedation experience

Description :

The RN in Diagnostic Cardiology will work in the Echo & Stress Lab.

The facility has 885 licensed beds and is a teaching hospital.

The department averages 110 TTE comprehensive studies per day across all areas.

Daily stress echocardiograms, dobutamine stress echocardiograms, and nuclear cardiology studies total 14 per day.

The team consists of dedicated cardiac ultrasound educators, chief sonographers, echo techs, RNs, and EP techs.

The candidate will manage a fast-paced workload focused on patient and family needs.

Experience with advanced TTE, TEE, stress echo, and interventional procedures is preferred.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable floating to satellite sites as needed.
