Accounts Receivable Specialist – Hybrid (Stamford, CT) – $65K

We recently placed their Accounting Manager , who this role reports to.

The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and ready to hit the ground running .

What You’ll Do :

• Process customer payments, apply cash, and manage credits and late fees
• Reconcile AR accounts and resolve payment discrepancies
• Post journal entries and assist with month-end close activities
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure transactions align with the general ledger

Hybrid : 1–3 days / week on site in Stamford

Salary : $65K
