Job Title : Audit Sr, Supervisor or Manager

Location : Louisville, KY

Salary : $95k-$130k+ bonus+ benefits

Requirements : 5+ years of recent audit experience at a public accounting firm and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or a similar discipline

What You Will Be Doing

The Audit Supervisor / Manager will be responsible for the training and support of the firm audit staff in addition to :

• Review current processes and share recommendations to streamline and / or enhance policies and procedures
• Support and motive audit and senior staff, as well as review work to ensure accuracy
• Ensure client understanding and provide frequent updates on the progress of engagements, problems, and resolutions
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of audit policies and procedures and educate the team on any updates to processes
• Manage and maintain billable hour budgets and address any concerns with over / under concerns
• Lead multiple accounting, auditing, and client engagements efficiently and with accuracy
• Research and identify complex issues and come up with / recommend creative solutions
• Other miscellaneous tasks and supervisory duties as directed by firm partners

What You Need for this Position

5+ years of recent experience at a public accounting firm and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA license preferred
