New York Life's Fast Track to Management Program is a premier career acceleration opportunity for high-achieving individuals with leadership aspirations. This program is designed to fast-track qualified candidates into a leadership role as an Associate Partner within 9-12 months. Candidates begin their journey as Financial Advisors, developing expertise in client relationship management, financial strategy, and sales. As milestones are met, qualified participants enter a six-month Associate Partner training track to prepare for management responsibilities.
Compensation and Benefits Highlights :
- First-Year Earnings Potential : $45,000 to $130,000+
- Performance Bonuses : Up to $5,000 for successful completion of FINRA licensing exams within the first year

Responsibilities :
Build customized financial strategies for clients, including individuals, families, and business ownersEducate clients on life insurance, retirement, investment, and estate planning options using NYLIFE and NYLIFE Securities productsCultivate long-term relationships by delivering consistent client value and adviceMeet benchmarks in production and leadership to transition into the Associate Partner roleParticipate in New York Life’s robust training and leadership development programsAs a future manager, recruit, develop, and mentor a team of Financial ProfessionalsQualifications : Required :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experienceExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsStrong work ethic and goal orientationAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyBusiness-minded spirit with leadership potentialPreferred :
