NC Licensed NICU Review Nurse

A company is looking for a NICU - Clinical Review Nurse - Concurrent Review.

Key Responsibilities

Perform concurrent reviews to assess member health and care appropriateness

Evaluate quality and continuity of care, including discharge planning

Collaborate with healthcare providers and leadership to improve care quality

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Graduate from an Accredited School of Nursing or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

2 - 4 years of related experience, with at least 2 years in acute care

Active nursing licensure (LPN or RN as applicable)

Clinical knowledge of treatment needs and care levels preferred

Understanding of Medicare and Medicaid regulations preferred
