Job Summary : PSP, a division of RectorSeal, is seeking a driven and customer-focused Account Manager to join our growing sales team. If you're passionate about building relationships, closing sales, and making a real impact, this is the role for you!

PSP manufactures and distributes a wide range of electrical products for the electrical industry. For over 35 years, our customers have relied on us for high-quality products delivered with excellent value and timely service. Our commitment to exceptional customer service has driven our rapid growth, necessitating additional capacity to meet increasing demand.

What You'll Do

  • Engage directly with customers via phone to generate leads and close sales.
  • Qualify and verify leads using CRM tools.
  • Promote PSP's high-quality electrical products and communicate our value proposition.
  • Build strong relationships with traditionally underserved accounts and turn them into loyal customers.
  • Provide personalized product training, distribute samples, and offer compelling quotes.
  • Facilitate order placements through our eCommerce platform or ERP systems.
  • Continuously improve your sales skills through structured training and performance feedback.
  • Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to exceed targets.
  • What You Bring

  • 5+ years of sales experience, with a strong background in inside sales.
  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, sales automation tools, and data analysis platforms.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% (some overnight trips within the U.S.).
  • Preferred : Experience in the building products or electrical industry.

  • Compensation : RectorSeal has an effective process for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. You are paid within the salary range based on your experience and market position. The target salary range for this exempt opportunity is $65,000 plus sales incentives.

    Employees may be eligible for pay incentives based on overall corporate and individual performance or at the discretion of the CSWI Board of Directors.
