Job descriptionMerchandise and stock large-format retail stores Build product displays and ensure clean, organized presentation Conduct store surveys to identify product needs Rotate stock and ensure accurate ordering Maintain strong relationships with store staff Communicate store performance and customer feedback to the sales team At least 1 year of merchandising or retail experience Valid Michigan drivers license with a clean driving record Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable, professional, and self-motivated Ability to lift 1040 lbs and work in various conditions Willing to work weekends and some holidays Must reside in the Lansing to Brighton, MI area Competitive salary : $40,000$45,000 / year Sales and brand incentives up to $6,000 / year Full benefits package : health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off Company-provided vehicle, iPhone, or iPad Clear path for career growth and advancement
