Job descriptionPatient Care : Assess, monitor, and document patient symptoms or condition changes. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans. Delegate tasks effectively while ensuring accountability for patient care. Provide coaching and mentorship to team members. Educate patients, families, and caregivers to promote understanding of treatment and care plans. Follow infection control and safety protocols to maintain a secure patient and staff environment. Maintain accurate documentation and participate in quality improvement initiatives. Licensure & Education : Active RN license in Tennessee or compact state (required). Associate’s degree in nursing (required), Bachelor’s degree preferred. BLS from the American Heart Association (required). ACLS and PALS (must be obtained within 1 year of hire). CPI (must be obtained within 6 months of hire). Minimum of 3 years of RN experience (ER, ICU, or Psych nursing preferred). At least 1 year of Emergency Room nursing experience required. Previous charge nurse or leadership experience preferred. Experience in a Level III Trauma Center is a plus. Level III Trauma Center Unit Size : 22 beds Team Size : 73 FTEs Daily Patient Volume : Up to 166 patients Charting System : MediTech (experience preferred but not required) Why Join Us? Emergency Room Clinical Nurse Coordinator - Night Shift Location :
- Hermitage, TN Schedule : Full-Time - Nights (7 PM - 7 AM) - Rotating Weekends (2 weekends per month : Friday to Sunday) Compensation : Hourly Rate : $34.24 - $45.75 (Based on experience) Night Differential : $3.75 per hour Weekend Differential : $6.00 per hour Incentives : Sign-On Bonus : $20,000 Relocation Assistance : $5,000 (for candidates relocating over 50 miles) About the Role : We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Clinical Nurse Coordinator to provide high-quality, patient-centered care while managing staff and overseeing daily unit operations during night shifts.
