Key Responsibilities
Set and drive the creative vision for the brand across all channels
Lead a multidisciplinary creative team to ensure consistently excellent work
Build scalable production systems that increase throughput while maintaining quality
Required Qualifications
12+ years of creative experience, including leadership of creative teams
A portfolio demonstrating a range of creative work and a consistent point of view
Strong B2B experience with the ability to make technical products feel relevant
Proven ability to lead cross-disciplinary creatives
Fluency with AI-powered creative tools and their application in high-quality work
