Job descriptionConsistent Schedules Job Security Clean & Climate-Controlled Facility Career Growth Standard rotating schedule of 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off 2 long-weekends per month Full time is 15 working days per month $21 per hour base $1.00 per hour night shift premium Ability to work a 12 hour shift on our 3-2-2-3 regular schedule cycle with every other weekend off. At least 1 year in a high-volume production environment. At least 1 year operating manufacturing machines & equipment. Foundational knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems. Strong problem-solving and mechanical troubleshooting skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation. Be part of a growth-focused team in a safe, extremely clean, climate-controlled facility. We’re expanding in Champaign and need hands-on operators who thrive in high-volume production.
What you will do
- Operate extrusion, injection, or blow-molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
- Set, monitor, and fine-tune heat control, water cooling temperatures, and hydraulic pressure.
- Perform basic machine maintenance to reduce downtime.
- Verify product quality through regular checks.
- Participate in training to sharpen and expand skills.
