Overview : This role ensures the accuracy and integrity of financial data related to utility providers and supports the broader finance team in month-end and year-end processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Review, analyze, and process utility invoices (electric, gas, water, trash, etc.) for accuracy and completeness.
• Review funding requests from Third Party service providers.
• Maintain accurate general ledger entries for utility expenses, accruals, and allocations.
• Track utility usage trends and variances; investigate anomalies or spikes in consumption.
• Collaborate with property management or operations teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Assist in preparing utility budgets and forecasts based on historical trends.
• Support external audits and provide documentation as required.
• Perform monthly utility account reconciliations and ensure data integrity.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance utility cost control and reporting accuracy.
