HVAC RPE LLC is a locally owned heating and cooling company serving Newport News, Virginia Beach, and the Hampton Roads area. We provide residential and light commercial HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance. Our team is professional, reliable, and customer-focused.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, takes pride in quality work, and values customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Install and replace HVAC systems (furnaces, heat pumps, A / C units, ductwork).
  • Perform start-up, testing, and adjustments to ensure system performance.
  • Safely remove and dispose of old equipment.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
  • Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles in clean working condition.
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

    • Qualifications

  • 2+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred (apprentices considered).
  • EPA Certification (Universal preferred).
  • Knowledge of HVAC equipment, materials, and installation standards.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in tight spaces, and outdoors in various conditions.
  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
