Responsibilities

• Uphold the Nurtur Core Values and Behaviors and Aveda Success Factors
• Demonstrate a strong understanding that the salon / spa industry is high touch and requires strong interpersonal skills and attention to the needs of others
• Greet clients in a timely and welcoming fashion, and walk them to their respective service station in the salon
• Regular and effective communication with other staff members and clientele
• Ability to follow direction, take criticism, and be coachable by Mentor and other members of Leadership
• Assist your Mentor in all areas needed in relation to the service cycle
• Arrive 20 minutes prior to your Mentors assigned shift to begin preparation for the day
• Remain on-time throughout the day and communicate any timing issues to your Mentor and a member of Leadership
• Follow the Aveda Points of Difference service cycle with every guest as determined by Nurtur. The service cycle includes but is not limited to :

Reservation (scheduling of initial appointment)

The team member in this position must be able to travel locally to events and for out-of-state training and events as necessary.
