Logistics Specialist
Supports the instructional delivery function including planning, coordinating, and organizing a wide range of training and learning activities. Oversees scheduling and training logistics for caregivers, providers, affiliates, and Community Connect partners. Facilitates technical support sessions with caregivers. Maintains training records. Collaborates with multiple departments to ensure ideal onboarding process for stakeholders. Participates in special projects related to Epic training and enterprise Epic implementations. Develops logistical workflows for team. The goal of this position is to develop into an Epic Credentialed trainer.

Ongoing need for caregiver to see and read information, labels, documents, monitors, identify equipment and supplies, and be able to assess customer needs.
Frequent interactions with providers, colleagues, customers, patients / clients and visitors require caregiver to verbally communicate as well as hear and understand spoken information, needs, and issues quickly and accurately.
Manual dexterity of hands and fingers to manipulate complex and delicate supplies and equipment with precision and accuracy. This includes frequent computer use for typing, accessing needed information, etc.
For roles requiring driving : Expected to drive a vehicle which requires sitting, seeing and reading signs, traffic signals, and other vehicles.

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience. $22.64 - $34.48
