Executive Sales Administrator
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Executive Sales Administrator to support our sales and business operations teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong client relationships, and has the ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospects with questions about proposals, services, or products.
- Coordinate responses to RFPs, including drafting narratives, compiling case studies, reviewing contracts, and supporting pricing requests.
- Act as the liaison for new clients during onboarding to ensure a seamless transition from sales to service delivery.
- Partner with operations to facilitate temporary or surge service requests.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and subcontractors, including contracts, pricing, renewals, and service quality.
- Monitor client budget needs, adjustments, and clarifications.
- Ensure compliance with risk management requirements, including contract terms and certificates of insurance.
- Maintain CRM data (Salesforce Lightning experience a plus) throughout the sales cycle.
- Represent the organization at industry and trade events as needed.
Requirements
Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.Experience : 35 years in project management, sales, hospitality, administrative assistant, or related roles.Skills : Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; strong organizational and communication abilities.Ability to obtain relevant licenses (PERC or equivalent, if applicable).Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends.Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.
