Pay : $2,225 / week

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join a long-term care / skilled nursing facility (LTC / SNF) in Potosi, MO on a 13-week travel assignment. The Physical Therapist will help residents improve mobility, strength, and functional independence while enhancing overall quality of life in a supportive long-term care environment. The ideal candidate has prior LTC / SNF experience and is committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations for residents in a skilled nursing / long-term care setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to residents’ needs.
• Provide interventions such as gait training, strengthening, mobility, and balance exercises.
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on safe mobility practices and therapy goals.
• Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress notes accurately in compliance with facility and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with occupational therapy, speech therapy, nursing, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
• Support independence, mobility, and overall wellness through evidence-based PT practices.
