Outpatient Rehab Physical Therapist : 2 years of experience required. Licensed as a PT in the state of FL and BLS required. EMR : Epic. Highest volumes are orthopedic rehab (back / neck pain, extremity pain, or post op rehab). Specialization in Pelvic Floor Rehab would be helpful. Experience or interest in Aquatic Therapy Rehab would also be helpful but not required.
Radius Rule 50 miles from HPMC perm address. FLOATING REQUIRED- Travelers are first to float, possibly float to other sister campuses as well.
