Overview

The Talent Relations Specialist will support the organization in development of key metrics and reporting around engagement, performance, turnover. This position will monitor trends and help guide the company's talent retention initiatives.

• Support internal processes and reporting related to check-ins, exit interviews, and turnover.
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor trends in employee relations, turnover, engagement, and performance.
• Work with Carle Experience team to add in patient scores to leader dashboards

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $28.09per hour - $46.91per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
