Position Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Retail Lead Generation Leader (Appointment / Lead Generator) to build and lead a center-led model for in-store lead generation success across our national footprint. This role will serve as the architect and operational leader of a unified strategy for recruiting, training, performance management, and accountability for AG / LG teams operating within retail environments (e.g., Home Depot, Lowe’s, Sam’s Club, Costco, etc.).
The ideal candidate is an expert in retail lead generation—especially in-home services—and can scale a proven model across diverse markets and brand cultures. Home Depot experience is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Model Design
- Design and implement a center-led AG / LG operating model that aligns with TurnPoint’s culture, brand autonomy, and national growth goals.
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), KPIs, compensation plans, and governance to support consistent, scalable execution.
- Partner with the Marketing and Sales Enablement teams to drive campaign integration and local activation.
Recruiting & Onboarding
Own end-to-end recruitment strategy for AG / LG roles across TurnPoint’s brands.Create pipeline-building strategies including job boards, grassroots outreach, and referral programs.Build and standardize onboarding curriculum to ensure all AG / LG hires ramp quickly and effectively.Performance & Accountability
Define and monitor KPIs such as lead volume per store, appointment quality, show rates, and conversion performance.Implement performance scorecards and cadence-based coaching across all participating brands.Facilitate continuous improvement through data analytics, field audits, and success sharing.Training & Culture
Launch a national AG / LG training program focused on retail etiquette, customer engagement, and appointment setting excellence.Embed a high-performance, people-first culture rooted in recognition, competition, and career growth.Collaboration & Brand Support
Serve as the key partner to local General Managers and Sales Leaders, offering strategic support to stand up or improve local retail LG programs.Drive alignment between center-led strategy and brand-specific market conditions.Qualifications
5+ years of experience in retail-based lead generation , ideally within home services (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).Prior experience working within or alongside The Home Depot or similar big-box retail environments is highly preferred .Proven success building and scaling AG / LG teams across multi-location or franchise-type businesses.Deep understanding of metrics-based performance management.Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder influence skills.Ability to travel regularly and support on-site coaching and implementation.Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to build structure in a high-growth, decentralized organization.Why Join TurnPoint?
