Experienced Rn Manager Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced RN Manager to join a highly respected hospital in the Boynton Beach area. This full-time role oversees a Progressive Care Unit in a dynamic, patient-centered environment with access to cutting-edge technology and a collaborative team culture.

Shift Details

  • Full-time schedule
  • Mixed shifts with no weekends required

  • Oversee daily operations and staffing of a busy Progressive Care Unit
  • Monitor and evaluate nursing care to ensure the highest quality standards
  • Hold staff accountable for clinical outcomes and support facility objectives
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to nursing staff
