Member Benefits Representative
As a member benefits representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for members who have requested information about their coverage options. Your role is to walk them through their available benefits, answer their questions, and make sure they fully understand their protection all within a fully remote work environment.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct virtual consultations and phone appointments with members to review their benefit options
- Identify needs and provide clear explanations to help members make informed decisions
- Keep digital records accurate and well-organized
- Collaborate with your team to reach shared performance goals and uphold service standards
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to expand product knowledge and professional skills
- Offer input and suggestions to help enhance the overall member experience
Qualifications :
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. or CanadaHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredComfortable using Zoom, email, and other digital toolsExcellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skillsSelf-driven, disciplined, and able to work independentlyPrevious experience in customer service, sales, or fast-paced environments is an assetIdeal candidate :
