Boston Harbor Shipyard and Marina is looking to fill available roles for our dock attendant/dock hand position this summer! Boston Harbor Shipyard and Marina is home to many eclectic tenants, both onshore and in the water, and ideal candidates will contribute to the friendly atmosphere. During the boating season, the dock hand is the first and last person the guests interact with, they are essential to the environment we aim to create.
The right person for this job is cheerful, determined, knowledgeable, and courteous towards the customers at all times. Our dock hands assist our customers from the time they dock at the marina to the time they leave. Providing outstanding customer service, while maintaining the company's professionalism on and off-site. While a dock hand's primary focus is ensuring the customer has an amazing experience with us at BHSM, safety is of the utmost importance.
Responsibilities:
The dockhand position requires a willingness and the ability to assist in many tasks throughout the marina, these include and are not limited to:
Position Requirements:
Weekends and holiday availability required. Flexible schedule, ability to work part or full-time.
