Position Summary:
We are seeking experienced and dedicated Direct Care Workers (DCWs) to provide in-home care to seniors in Bristol, PA (19007). In this role, you’ll support elderly clients with day-to-day tasks and help create a safe, respectful, and nurturing home environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, dressing, and toileting

• Provide light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders

• Engage clients with companionship and meaningful daily activities

• Accurately follow care plans and document all services provided

• Ensure client safety and comfort at all times

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working with seniors as a DCW, CNA, or HHA

• Verifiable professional references required

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts reliably and consistently

• Must pass background checks, TB test, and physical exam

• Reliable transportation is a plus
