The Dance Instructor at Concorde Education plays a pivotal role in enriching the cultural and physical education of our students. This position involves designing and delivering a comprehensive dance curriculum that not only teaches dance techniques and styles but also fosters creativity, teamwork, and a love for the arts among students. General Responsibilities

• Curriculum Design : Develop a dance curriculum that caters to the diverse interests and abilities of students, focusing on various dance forms and creative expression.
• Class Leadership : Conduct engaging dance sessions that teach students various dance styles, techniques, and choreographies, promoting physical fitness and artistic expression.
• Environment Management : Create a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment that encourages students to express themselves through dance.
• Student Assessment : Evaluate students' dance skills, provide constructive feedback, and foster their artistic growth.
• Collaboration : Work closely with other instructors and program coordinators to integrate dance education with other academic and extracurricular activities.
• Record Keeping : Maintain detailed records of student progress and attendance.
• Communication : Communicate regularly with parents, guardians, and school officials about student progress, program developments, and any concerns.
• Equipment Management : Ensure that all dance equipment and spaces are properly maintained, set up, and stored after use.
